Directions to our Bainbridge Island House
These directions assume you are driving and taking the Bainbridge Ferry from Seattle.See directions from the Kitsap Penninsula.
- Go to Colman Dock (Pier 52) at Columbia and Alaskan Way in Seattle and take the Bainbridge Island Ferry. Ferry Schedule
- When the ferry arrives in Bainbridge, follow traffic off the ferry and get in the left lane as soon as you can.
- When you hit the first light, the signs will say "City Center (left)" or "Poulsbo (either lane)". You want City Center. Turn left at the light.
- You are now on Winslow Way, going through downtown Winslow. Go for about 4 blocks until the first stop sign which is Madison.
- Turn right at the stop sign; you are now on Madison. Follow Madison for about two blocks to the next stop sign which is Wyatt; on your left will be an old gas station and car wash.
- Turn left on Wyatt. Follow Wyatt for about 1 mile; it will curve to the left where it turns into Eagle Harbor Drive.
- Just past the point where Wyatt turns into Eagle Harbor Drive (about 2 blocks) will be a sign that says Eagledale to the left, "Port Blakely / Lynwood" straight ahead.
- Turn left to follow Eagle Harbor Drive. Eagle Harbor will now be on your left. Note: if you don't immediately see water on your left or you reach Bucklin Hill Road, you went past the turn of Eagle Harbor Drive.
- Follow Eagle Harbor Drive for 2.3 miles to Old Creosote Road. You will pass Taylor and then in about 1/2 mile come out of the woods and (usually) have a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline just before you hit Old Creosote; a sign on the right will indicate a right-only intersection at that point.
- Turn right on Old Creosote Road.
- Come up 2 blocks to your next chance to turn left, which is Bill Point Drive.
- Turn left on Bill Point Drive. Follow it for 2 blocks until Bill Point Circle which is your next chance to turn left.
- Turn left on Bill Point Circle. We are the second house on the right, 10873 Bill Point Circle NE.
From Colman Dock in Seattle, plan on a 35 minute ferry crossing and about a ten-minute drive from the ferry.
If you are coming from Poulsbo or the Kitsap Penninsula...
- Follow Route 3 to Route 305 (Bainbridge Island).
- Follow 305 through Poulsbo and across the Agate Pass Bridge (just past the Clearwater Casino) onto Bainbridge Island.
- Continue following 305 to Sportsman's Club Road (about 2 miles).
- Turn right on Sportsman's Club Road and follow it to the end, where it T's at a Stop with Finch Road.
- Turn left on Finch Road and follow until it T's at a Stop with Wyatt Avenue.
- Turn right on Wyatt and follow it as it curves to the left (where it becomes Eagle Harbor Drive) and past a service station on your left.
- Just past the point where Wyatt turns into Eagle Harbor Drive (about 2 blocks) will be a sign that says Eagledale to the left, "Port Blakely / Lynwood" straight ahead.
- Turn left to follow Eagle Harbor Drive. Eagle Harbor will now be on your left. Note: If you reach Bucklin Hill Road, you went past the turn for Eagle Harbor and should turn around.

From the Agate Pass Bridge, plan on about 20 minutes to our house.
